software, developed at Colorado State University Libraries, is now available for purchase as ZAP ILL Service. ZAP ILL is a complete package which allows you to offer a web - based ILL electronic request service to your users without handling any software and without doing any local maintenance.

ZAP macros (Click here to download)

To use the ZAP macros for processing ILL requests, attach the following macros from the book to the OCLC keystrokes of your choice:
  1. Review (gets the request from the review file and brings into a workform).
  2. Move (puts request in a copy buffer)
  3. AP (applies bib info to request)
  4. Produce (sends request to OCLC and creates a .svs text copy of the request for software maintanence package).
